I am drawn to, inspired by and create bold, expressive, colourful, gestural and embellished work – both figurative and abstract – on paper, canvas and textile surfaces.
My studio practice is emergent – arising from an interplay of ‘doodling’, mark making, drawing and considered pattern and design.
As an artist and surface designer, I work with a range of traditional and digital print and painting processes and materials including screen-print, linocut, stencil, collagraph, collage, stitch, gouache, crayon and…paint!
